A total of 11 large-scale thematic events will be organized between partners within the framework of the project (Cross-Cultural Tool-Kit, code number: HUHR/1901/3.1.2/0159) entitled "Ensuring the continuation of cultural and tourism cooperation in the border region, through newly developed innovative structures and processes" , where representatives of the cultural and civil sphere, associations, craftsmen and artists will exhibit their products and present their services, to promote interaction, networking within and between sectors, and long-term cooperation between actors in the cultural sector and tourism. Such a thematic event is expected to be held in March 2022, organized by the Municipality of Lenti.
The event is called the Tőzike Festival, and its central theme will be the fawn plant. The target groups of the program are families with children, tourists, and local residents. On the occasion of the event, tours and an outdoor environment lesson for children will be organized. The program will be enriched by Croatian-Hungarian cultural performers, and the participants will be able to taste healthy food.
The project started on October 1, 2020, and its implementation period is 20 months. The total budget of the project is €199,240, out of which the European Union’s fund is €169,354.
