The Advent Fair was held in Lenti on Saturday, December 11, 2021. The program was part of the Interreg V-A Hungary-Croatia Cooperation Program 2014-2020 "Jointly development of new, innovative joined structures and shared processes to ensure the continuity of co-operation in the field of Culture and Tourism in the cross-regions" and ensuring the continuation of cooperation in tourism in the border region (through newly developed innovative structures and processes) was realized within the framework of the project (Cross-Cultural Tool-Kit, code number: HUHR/1901/3.1.2/0159).
During this new event, products from local producers and manufacturers welcomed customers in front of the Cultural Centre from 4 PM. Among the items offerred were decorated gingerbreads, lavender products, fig products, homemade soaps, plasticine jewelry, flavored honeys, hot sauces, jams and syrups, and pottery products. A gingerbread package that could be decorated welcomed the little ones. The Advent photo corner set up in the square and made of a wooden house dressed in festive decorations was a great success. The manufacturers provided a fair atmosphere on the square with roasted chestnuts, homemade flambé, punch and mulled wine.
